Interesting article re: the blind reviewing. Wouldn&#039;t be my cuppa, but the idea is intriguing. I just wonder how effective it is, ie. in the case of authors with reputations that might color a review, the reviewers may just recognize them anyway. It does keep an author&#039;s personality and history out of an evaluation of a book, though, which I like as I&#039;ve seen reviews that seem more interested in taking a writer to task for his opinions than reviewing his book.</description>
